I was able to share my story of how the Dangers of Distracted Driving forever impacted my life with a sophomore class this week. It was a bit more emotional for me because my 12 year crash anniversary is almost here and when I looked out into the crowd of these 15 and 16 year olds I couldn't help but see myself at their age, eager to venture out and discover life on my own. I just pray that by sharing with them what happened to me, they will be more conscious of the dangers that come with the privilege of driving.
